Support through life’s changing seasons

We created Soul Seasons Collective because we believe that we all move through seasons of growth, struggle, and change ~ and that we’re not meant to navigate these seasons alone.

Our approach is trauma-informed and grounded in narrative therapy, recognising that our experiences shape the stories we carry about ourselves and the world around us. Together, we can gently explore those stories, make meaning of them and create space for new ways of understanding and moving forward.

We work in ways that acknowledge the connection between thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences. Our aim is to create a space where people can feel safe to explore what’s going on, and supported to move toward greater clarity, balance, and growth.

About Andrea

With over 20+ years of experience in working with individuals and families, I bring a depth of understanding to working with individuals and families through life’s transitions, grief, relational challenges, and emotional overwhelm. As a registered member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), my practice is grounded in professional standards, ongoing development, and ethical care.

My work is shaped by both formal training and years of practice, offering a thoughtful and steady presence you can feel confident in, while honouring that you are the expert in your own life.

I am also a trained facilitator in a number of attachment and relationship informed programs, including:

  • Circles of Security: https://www.circleofsecurityinternational.com/
